These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms of Use”) are intended to define the terms and conditions for using the website www.michaelzingraf-rentals.com

Article 4: Access to the site & availability

SAS MICHAEL ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE does its best to provide the user with access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As this is an obligation of means, SAS MICHAEL ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE does not undertake to achieve this result. The user is informed that the displayed sale price is the price paid by the buyer. When the fees are payable by the buyer and in accordance with legal provisions, the percentage of these fees, the price including fees, and the price excluding fees are shown in the listing.

5.5. Partners

SAS MICHAEL ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE may select partners featured on the site for the quality of their services, it being understood that it cannot be held responsible for the performance of said services, which remains their own responsibility.

5.6. Hyperlinks

SAS MICHAEL ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE cannot be held responsible for the content, products, or services available on third-party sites whose access is permitted via a hyperlink provided within the MICHAEL ZINGRAF website.
