The user is informed that the displayed sale price is the amount paid by the buyer. When the fees are borne by the buyer and in accordance with legal provisions, the percentage of these fees, the price including fees, and the price excluding fees are present in the listing.

5.5. Partners

SAS MICHAEL ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE may select partners, present on the site, for the quality of their services, it being specified that it cannot be held responsible for the execution of said services, which is their own responsibility.

5.6. Hyperlinks
